We gathered in a sacred circle, sharing our intentions and planting seeds for the spring season , each story, each voice, a reminder that we are never alone in our struggles or our growth. 🌱💫

Held in the embrace of sisterhood, we softened into the healing sounds of crystal bowls and guided meditation then wrapping up in a cocoon of calm, peace, and renewal. 🎶💖

Thank you to every woman who showed up with an open heart. Here’s to supporting one another as we bloom. 🌷

🌸 I’m Back, Sisters 🌸

It’s been 12 months since I last held sacred space through sound healing and oh, how I’ve missed you all. 💖

I took a gentle pause to pour all my energy into creating my beautiful new home. It’s been a dream come true, a journey of creating, building, and blossoming. As we near the final touches on our landscaping, I’m feeling ready to return.

With deep gratitude and renewed inspiration,
I’ve created a new theme to align with the changing season of Spring — one of renewal, new beginnings, and soul nourishment.

I can’t wait to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new sisters into the circle.
