This week, a specific energy has been appearing consistently in my sessions: the need for deep, subconscious clearing.

When we do this kind of work, we often have the intention of "opening the heart." But as any natural therapist knows, you can’t rush that process. You cannot ask the heart to open if it doesn't feel supported.
