Tranquability Yoga for over 50's Yoga for over 50's, seniors and the not so supple. Small classes, individual attention, poses are modified to suit the individual.

New and experienced students are welcome to practice with like minded people. Small classes, individual attention, alternative poses are offered as required. If you can't go to the floor chair yoga options are accommodated within the general class.

Improve your posture - stand tall!

Posture is the way in which you hold yourself while sitting, standing, and lying down. Good posture is important to allow our organs to work better, think of your lungs. We all spend too much time sitting and tend to hunch our shoulders.

Practice the following poses regulary and they will improve your posture:

Would you like to practice yoga with like minded, mature age people in small classes?

I bring to my teaching 30 years of yoga practice and over 9 years of teaching experience.

Classes are sequenced to increase stamina, strength, flexibility and balance.

Poses are modified to suit the individual, accommodating their pre-existing medical conditions.
