In memory of those who lost their lives and deepest sympathy to those who lost someone.
Yoga for over 50's, seniors and the not so supple. Small classes, individual attention, poses are modified to suit the individual.

Would you like to practice yoga with like minded, mature age people in small classes?
I bring to my teaching 30 years of yoga practice and over 9 years of teaching experience.
Classes are sequenced to increase stamina, strength, flexibility and balance.
Poses are modified to suit the individual, accommodating their pre-existing medical conditions.
