Hi š
Em here⦠just here to share a little about myself and my journey over the last few years!
Having welcomed 3 little girls into the world Iāve had my fair share of experience in the pregnancy department⦠along with some interesting birth stories! Iāve had varicose veins, pelvic pain, sciatica, cracked ni***es, baby brain (still have this) šand an abdominal hernia.
Iāve had a grade III perineal tear, post partum haemorrhage, iron infusions, instrumental intervention, medical and elective inductions.
Iāve worn pessaries, compression garments, pelvic bands and have abdominal separation.
Iām now 2.5 years post partum from my 3rd little one Ally and still learning to manage a bladder prolapse.
Itās been a physical and emotional roller coaster thatās been unbelievably challenging in so many ways. Iāve learnt so much both about my own body and the female body.
I had a few amazing womens health physios that helped me through this journey and now itās my turn to help other women.
