Lie down , relax and explore depths of subconscious mind this Wednesday!
In Yoga Nidra session with Uma; while you will relaxing deeply in all levels: physical, mental and emotional, you will be exploring depths of your subconscious mind and unconscious mind as well. Yoga Nidra is practised in the lying position and highly effective in removing the stress and helps to cure stress related illnesses such as insomnia, hypertension, depression, asthma, digestive disorders, migraine and ulcer.
When you practice Yoga Nidra regularly, you will be dropping out -dated habits and opening a space for new experiences. You will have a positive alttitude towards overcoming obstacles (restrictions from the past).
The Yoga Nidra sessions will be held on Wednesdays every week starting from this Wednesday. It will be also the new moon on this Wednesday so we will be setting our new intention and let universe to grant our wish.
