                                            Sometimes life feels heavy. We all have moments that shake us, seasons that challenge us in ways we never imagined.
For me, it was postpartum. The sleepless nights, the crying, the overwhelm. I felt like my nervous system was completely shot. Over time, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness became my anchor - tools that helped me regulate, soften, and come back to myself.
This is why I am excited bring the Nervous System Regulation Workshop to botannix - a space to reconnect to yourself and others, to pause, breathe, reflect, and feel what calm truly feels like in your body again.
