Support with everyday tasks such as showering, dressing, meal preparation, and general household duties fostering comfort, safety, and independence at home.

🤝 Social Support & Group Activities
Engaging opportunities that promote connection, encourage participation, and reduce isolation through shared outings and group-based programs.

🏡 Respite & Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Providing short-term breaks for carers and structured support in shared or individual living settings enabling individuals to develop life skills and live with greater autonomy.

🌏 Community Reintegration
Assisting individuals to reconnect with their communities after significant life events or extended care through social, vocational, or recreational activities that build confidence and inclusion.

We’re proud to unveil our new logo as part of an exciting rebrand for Aus Care Community Services. This fresh look is more than just a visual update, it is a powerful symbol of who we are, what we stand for, and the journey we walk alongside our community.

At the heart of our new design is a stylised tree, enclosed in a circle to represent inclusiveness, protection and unity. Its strong trunk and flourishing branches embody the strength, stability and broad support we provide to every participant, family and support worker connected to our service.

Flowing from the base of the tree is a winding path. This represents the personal journey of each participant we support, highlighting our commitment to offering clear direction, consistent care and long-term guidance through all stages of life. It is a symbol of how we walk beside each individual, every step of the way.

One special detail we are especially proud of is the golden leaf at the centre of the tree. This represents you, the participant, and the unique journey you are on. Surrounded by a nurturing cluster of other leaves, it reflects the loved ones, support teams and community members who walk beside you. This speaks to our deeply person-centred approach and the value we place on belonging, connection and care.

The calming tones of green and teal speak to trust, growth and compassion, while subtle hints of gold pay homage to the strength and individuality of each participant. Together, these colours also reflect our Australian identity and our commitment to local care and empowerment.

This new logo marks an important chapter in our story. While our look may have changed, our mission remains the same. We are here to empower, uplift and support our community with compassion, dignity and respect.
