Our Story

RedoHealth is physiotherapy and exercise clinic located in Balmain, Sydney. At “Redo” we utilise a whole body approach focusing on the whole person and the whole body to get our clients moving and feeling better, so that they can do the things they love to do!

We specialise in ConnectTherapy™ and the Thoracic Ring Approach™, methods which look at the interconnectedness of the human body and how non-painful areas and areas away from the site of injury can contribute to poor movement strategies.

We take a 4-step approach.


  • Assessment - we will ask you many questions to understand the ’why’ - why has your injury or pain occurred? This will include an examination of you performing tasks specific to your current limitation or restriction.
