I’ve lived through trauma, loss, rejection, ancestral pain — and I’ve also done the deep, relentless healing work. Personally and professionally.

For 12+ years I’ve walked alongside people in their most tender moments, holding their nervous systems, bodies, and hearts with compassion and strength.

When you walk into my workshop, you don’t just get a facilitator.

You get someone who feels you. Who sees beyond your words. Who knows what it means to carry what isn’t yours… and how to lovingly let it go.

💛 “I’ve always felt like the outsider in my family…”
That’s how she began.

We don’t force healing. We create space for truth to emerge.

When we begin, we don’t dive in cold…..we land. We arrive in the body through breath. We anchor into the heart with meditation. And only then do we open the door to what’s ready to be seen; the unspoken loyalties, the inherited grief, the patterns that were never ours to carry.

Feeling elated after a wonderful weekend in Gosford with Crystal‘s Creatives and mystic fair.

I had the privilege and honour of Reading for 21 precious soul this weekend.

My readings are focused on empowering people to drop into their heart, elevate consciousness, healing deeply, releasing quickly and easily and loving powerfully.

Thank you so much for choosing me to read for you, and thank you to all the fellow readers and stallholders and event organisers, who this wouldn’t be possible without.

I appreciate each of you and I love this work and getting to go travel all around this pretty country to do it.
