Upon recognising that the fundamental quest of every individual is to love and be loved, we begin to genuinely open our hearts and become more forgiving of others' errors and missteps.

Ultimately, we come to understand that there are no separate entities apart from ourselves; our own projections and reflections serve as constant reminders to focus inward, cultivate self-love, and subsequently love others with ease.

Today I remind myself frequently; I am doing the best I can and everyone else may also be doing the best they can.
