If there was one theme that stood out in Brisbane this week, it was this: growth in our industry depends on how well we understand our customers.

Great to bring our dealer and reseller community together for the Queensland leg of our FY26 Indirect Kick Off, with strong engagement throughout the day.

A consistent message across every session was the importance of personal engagement. Taking the time to understand each customer’s strategy, challenges and opportunities is what drives stronger partnerships and better outcomes.

That thinking carried into our panel, with Tom Eckersley from Eckersley Print Group joining industry and partner voices to tackle one of the biggest challenges we’re all facing. Skills shortages continue to impact growth, and there was a clear call for greater collaboration across the industry to build capability. It was encouraging to see the interest in programs like Inkers, which we proudly support through the Visual Media Association, alongside real investment in apprenticeships.

Thank you to our partners and sponsors for your ongoing support across the series. These events are about creating space for practical conversations and stronger connections.

Great to see strong momentum building across our FY26 Indirect Kick Off series, delivered as state-based events to bring us closer to our dealer and reseller community.

Last week we were in Perth, and today we are in Sydney with another strong turnout and great engagement from our partners.

A highlight has been today’s panel session bringing together diverse perspectives from across the industry including Kellie Northwood from the Visual Media Association, Paul Kutcha from Kelly + Partners, Brian Swan from 3E Advantage and Dean Hosking from Konica Minolta. These conversations are exactly what the series is designed to enable. Open, practical discussions that support growth, strengthen partnerships and align on the opportunities ahead.

A sincere thank you to our sponsors for their ongoing support across each state. Your involvement plays a key role in creating valuable opportunities for collaboration and connection with our dealer and reseller network.

Next stop, Brisbane!
