IVF can feel physically demanding, emotionally heavy, and all‑consuming at times and yet self‑care is one of the most important parts of this journey 🤍

Self‑care isn’t self‑indulgence. It’s nourishment for your mind, heart, and body as you walk through something profoundly personal.

These steps don’t guarantee outcomes, but they can help your emotional resilience, your stress management, and your overall well‑being which matters deeply when trying to conceive.

If you struggle with PCOS, insulin resistance, or irregular cycles, you might need to adjust your carb intake rather than blindly following a high-carb Mediterranean diet.

✅ Fertility-friendly carb swaps:
- Swap white bread → sourdough or sprouted grains
- Swap high-glycemic fruits → berries & citrus (combine with protein)
- Swap processed cereals → steel-cut oats

Want to know if your carbs are working for or against your fertility? Send me a message!

When couples start trying to conceive, most of the focus goes to female fertility.

But male factors contribute to almost half of fertility challenges.

And here’s what people don’t realise:
S***m count alone doesn’t tell the whole story.

Fertility specialists also look at:
- How s***m move
- Their shape and structure
- Their DNA integrity
- Overall semen quality

Because s***m have a big job to do. They need to travel long distances, navigate obstacles, and successfully fertilise the egg.

That’s why supporting male reproductive health is just as important in the TTC journey.

Fertility is not just a woman’s responsibility. It’s a team effort.

Save this to share with your partner 🤍

“Balanced hormones” gets talked about a lot… but what does it actually feel like?

For many women, it looks like:
- Waking up with steady energy
- A cycle that feels predictable
- PMS that doesn’t completely derail your week
- Clearer ovulation signs
- Stable mood throughout the month
- Feeling nourished instead of constantly exhausted or wired

It’s not about feeling perfect every single day.
Hormones naturally rise and fall throughout your cycle.

But when your hormones are supported, your body tends to feel more stable, more predictable, and easier to live in 🤍

If your cycle feels chaotic, your energy crashes constantly, or PMS feels overwhelming, your body may simply be asking for deeper support.

And that support often starts with the basics:
nourishment, sleep, stress regulation, and understanding your cycle 🌿

Save this as a reminder of what your body deserves to feel like.

If you’ve been trying to conceive for a while, you’ve probably heard a lot of advice.

“Just relax.”
“Just eat healthy.”
“Just wait, it will happen.”

Most of it comes from a good place… but it can also leave women feeling frustrated when nothing changes.

Because fertility isn’t just about waiting and hoping.

It’s about understanding how your body works — ovulation, hormones, nutrition, inflammation, stress, and metabolic health.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that you’re doing nothing.
It’s that the advice you’re following isn’t addressing what your body actually needs.

You deserve more than guesswork.

You deserve support, clarity, and a plan 🤍

Save this if you’re tired of confusing TTC advice.

Fertility nutrition isn’t about restriction.
It’s about building meals that nourish your body while still enjoying moments with family and friends 🤍

If you’re trying to conceive, remember: small, consistent choices often matter more than perfect ones.

When you’re TTC, your grocery list matters more than you think 🤍

The food you bring home becomes the building blocks for hormones, egg and s***m quality, energy, and overall reproductive health. And while there’s no single “fertility food,” the pattern of what you eat consistently can either support or stress the body.

Think of your grocery cart in three simple categories:
✔️ foods to prioritise
⚖️ foods to enjoy in moderation
🚫 foods to limit when possible

This isn’t about perfection or cutting out everything you enjoy. It’s about creating an environment where both partners are nourished enough for the body to feel safe to reproduce.

Because fertility thrives on:
- Balanced meals
- Stable blood sugar
- Healthy fats
- Nutrient-dense foods
- Consistent nourishment

And a gentle reminder for TTC couples: you’re in this together. Nutrition support isn’t just for women — s***m health matters too.

Start with small changes. Consistency will always matter more than perfection 🌿

Save this for your next grocery run.

You’ve probably heard that the Mediterranean diet is great for fertility... but did you know some of the modern versions leave out some of the most important nutrients for conception?

Many fertility-focused women are told to eat “Mediterranean,” but they often don’t realise that the traditional diet included nutrient-dense animal foods, full-fat dairy, and organ meats and all crucial for egg and s***m quality, and hormone balance.

Drop a 🍳 if you want a fertility-friendly version of the Mediterranean diet!

I CLOTTED ON MEDICATION AT 7 WEEKS!

This was truly my worst fear, because I knew how lucky I was the first time, BUT for this to happen for a 2nd time AND whilst on medication AND Pregnant, this took it to a whole new level of scary.

At the time I didn't know if it was a gut feeling or paranoia that something was wrong. BUT I am so glad that I followed through, got testing done and got the appropriate treatment, before it impacted me in a more serious situation.

This is where I found my pregnancy journey started to become incredibly challenging, especially from the mental side of things. Hats off to my husband who was there for me that whole time and kept me from going INSANE! 💛

If you have endometriosis, you support your body from a food is medicine perspective 🤍

Support doesn’t have to be extreme.

It starts with lowering inflammation, nourishing your body, regulating stress, and building a care team that listens to you.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Everybody responds differently. That’s why personalised support matters.

It’s all about creating a safer internal environment, one step at a time 🌿

If you’re navigating endo and fertility, you don’t have to do this alone.

Comment “ENDO” or send me a message 🤍

Your cycle length will tell you a story about how easily you can conceive.

When you are trying to conceive (TTC), many women focus only on ovulation day. But the length of your cycle will give us important clues about what is happening behind the scenes.

A typical menstrual cycle ranges from about 24 to 35 days. What matters even more is consistency. When your cycle shows up in a predictable rhythm, it often means your brain and ovaries are communicating well.

Short cycles can sometimes mean ovulation is happening too early or the luteal phase is not long enough to support implantation.

Very long cycles can suggest delayed ovulation or that the body is struggling to trigger ovulation at all.

Your cycle is not random. It is feedback.

When we pay attention to the length, the patterns, and how your body feels throughout the month, we can understand how to support your body with what it needs.

If you are trying to conceive and your cycle feels unpredictable, you are not alone. Sometimes a few small adjustments can make a big difference in how your cycle functions.

Send me a message if you want help understanding what your cycle might be telling you. 💛

YOUR BREAKFAST COULD BE SETTING YOUR BLOOD SUGARS UP FOR A ROLLAR COASTER OF A RIDE.

Your breakfast could be setting you up for stable energy… or a blood sugar rollercoaster for the rest of the day.

A typical high-sugar breakfast like cereal, toast with jam, or pastries causes a rapid glucose spike followed by a SHARP crash shortly after.

That crash can lead to:
- Fatigue
- Sugar cravings
- Brain fog
- Increased hunger
- Hormone disruption

A balanced breakfast that includes protein, fibre, and healthy fats helps keep blood sugar stable and supports overall metabolic and hormone health.

Examples of balanced breakfasts:
🥑 Eggs with avocado and vegetables
🥣 Greek yogurt with nuts and berries
🍳 Omelette with spinach and feta
🥜 Smoothie with protein, chia seeds, and nut butter

Small changes to your first meal can make a huge difference in energy, metabolism, and hormone balance.

Save this post as a reminder for your next breakfast. ☀️
