It's getting cold ❄️ out there but we have to keep on exercising!

Some tips to keep us exercising safely in the cold months ahead.

⚪ Dress dry, not only warm.
Make sure that you have a water proof jacket on, the quickest way to lose body heat is to get wet.

🔵 Layer up
Make sure that you have enough clothing to isolate your body from the cold air around and to trap warm air next to your body. Also, it is important to remove layers as we warm up.

⚪ Don't neglect the 'warm up'
We always need to warm up but the colder it is the more important the warm up becomes!

🔵 Get plenty of water
Hydration is important even in the cold weather. It may feel like we don't sweat as much in the cold weather but we still do!
