Just landing back in after a beautifully nourishing weekend at Wise Women Gathering. We sat in Circle, shared the healing power of the plants, listened to the wisdom of the Elders, reclaimed our voices and sang the songs of our grandmothers. Such beauty, heart, wisdom and passion generously shared for community, the women's mysteries and the earth medicine path.

It is so wonderful to be part of such a rich, diverse, open-hearted, supportive community where the traditional art of natural earth healing is celebrated in all of its beauty and richness.

Brewing a beautiful new batch of apple cider vinegar made from a late harvest of foraged apples when travelling home from Thredbo. My kitchen smells kinda yum and I'm looking forward to being able to use the vinegar in foods, dressings, oxymels and spicy fire cider 🍏🍎🍏

With the singing of the cicadas and the warmer weather with us, I am feeling the call of long summer days spent in the garden, or swimming in the ocean, and time with precious family and friends.

So with that, my little clinic is closed for the summer holidays and will re-open in the last week of January. Bookings are now open for 2025 - please follow the link in my bio for more information.

Withania & Chaste tree - these two herbal medicines are some of my time honoured favourites for supporting hormonal, adrenal and nervous system health. Withania will support and nourish the nervous system improving the ability to cope with stress, reduce fatigue and improve stamina. Chaste tree is a beautiful hormone regulator and will work to improve PMS symptoms, irritability, breast tenderness and hormonal acne.

These will be gifted to the women who will be at my workshop on perimenopausal and menopausal health that I will be running at the Bone Woman weekend . I love supporting women through this deeply transformational time in their lives, as they deep diving into their own healing, clear the dross, find their boundaries and then emerge into their wisdom years.
