Many of my clients with younger children love these exercises!They help with attention/ concentration/focus, sitting still and relieving neck and back pain.
After you teach the positions to your child, you can either work your way along frame by frame or mix it up and play “Simon Says” with it. eg. “Simon Says…be a sausage.”
Especially good to do just before school starts in the morning.
