The Combined Medicine Association will be holding our Annual General Meeting, where we will be electing our new executives for 2025!! Calling all COMA students! The Faculty of Medicine Health Admissions Office requests your assistance in **recruiting COMA student volunteers for the upcoming domestic Assessment Days for the 2025 intake.**

There are two Assessment Days, both to be conducted in person on Camperdown Campus:
**Assessment Day 1: Thursday 19 December 2024 (morning)
Assessment Day 2: Monday 20 January 2025 (morning)**

Volunteers will be asked to sit in on a faculty discussion session and provide answers from a studentโ€™s perspective (no admissions-related topics). Additionally, we ask that volunteers be available for a brief information session with Professor Kevin Keay on **17 December 2024, from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM**.

We greatly appreciate the support of COMA volunteers. However, to avoid potential conflicts of interest, we kindly ask that students refrain from volunteering if they have a family member or close relative/friend applying for the DDMP in 2024 for the 2025 entry. We would be happy to welcome them as volunteers in future years.

Each year we look ๐Ÿ‘€ for members, particularly 1st or 2nd years, to join committees that help organise specific events ๐Ÿชฉ. These are great opportunities to gain experience for future executive positions!
(Please note โœ๏ธโœ๏ธ that COMA and CODA Annual General Meetings are held in the months before the ball).
