๐Ÿคฆ And I get it. Hypnosis is often burdened by the weight of many misconceptions, thanks to its portrayal in media and stage shows.

๐Ÿ˜ด "You're getting sleeeeepy..."

๐Ÿคฆ We've all heard this one before. It's likely one of the first things that comes to mind when you see or hear the word "hypnosis", but it's not really very accurate.

๐Ÿ‘Š In the spirit of my "no bulls***" approach to this industry, I'm going to spend a little time helping to de-mystify what I do, as many people have an inaccurate understanding of hypnosis that has been shaped by what they've seen in movies or shows, heard on the radio or read in fantasy.
