Meet Yogi Grace 💛
Grace found yoga during a time when she felt completely disconnected from her body - caught in a cycle of over-exercising, under-eating, and pushing herself too hard. At first, yoga was just another workout. But slowly, something began to shift.
Through breath, movement, and presence, Grace discovered a different way of relating to her body - not as something to fix, but as something to listen to. Yoga became a space for softness, awareness, and real connection.
Now, Grace teaches with that same intention: to offer an inclusive, grounding practice where all bodies are welcome. Her classes invite you to move with gentle strength, to meet yourself with compassion, and to tune in rather than tune out.
And that’s exactly how she teaches.
Grace’s new Yin Yoga class is an invitation to slow down in a world that constantly speeds up. To rest in stillness. To gently release. To meet yourself with patience instead of pressure.
