Precision Periodontics team attended Sydney Hospital today to collectively contribute to running a cadaver workshop for Sydney University postgrads. Venue was the iconic Sydney Hospital which is the oldest hospital in Australia dating back to 1788, and has been in its current location since 1811. A beautiful and historical building with over 200 years history of providing care to patients!

As an active and proud member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP), I truly believe in what our recently elected president A/Prof Tino Mercado stated in his speech that “ANZAP is bigger than the sum of its parts because it is made up of kind, dilligent and highly skilled periodontists committed to keeping the highest standard of periodontal and implant care for the benefit of our patients”.

Snippets of the bone grafting workshop I had the pleasure of running at the recent ANZAP meeting together with my two brilliant and talented friends and colleagues A/Prof Tino Mercado and A/Prof Mehdi Valizadeh.
