The first movement I introduce to my patients with chronic lower back pain and it’s the posterior pelvic tilt. Few reasons I choose this movement first, which I will discuss in my next video, coming soon. In the meantime, if you experience chronic lower back pain, I will start with this exercise first.

Not everything can be fixed with painkillers. One of my patients this week has finally stopped his daily 6 neurofens +4 panadols because we are getting to the cause of the issues, not just symptoms. We all live busy lives where we want and realistically need quick fixes from time to time. However, good things always take time and when you invest in your health long term, we can achieve long term outcomes.
