Life has been hectic lately so I thought I’d reset with one of my favourite core sequences using the ball. Extra special since it’s month with the amazing . She inspires us all to stay connected, so jump in and support her with a pass the ball post to celebrate 10 years of this fun challenge!

There are moments where I swear the creation of a cue or sentence shouldn’t feel so difficult. At that point we laugh together and joke about the dictionary of “ism’s” I need to create.

After a long weekend with long drives, it felt nice to find some nice posterior connection and open up the front body too. The fitball was a perfect addition to this session to nourish the spine. My fitball is soft, comfortable and stylish with my cover too.

Life has been a bit tricky for me lately. Lots of inflammation and an injury or two to figure out. But I’m not letting that stop me entirely. There’s things I can’t do, but there’s a lot I still can.
Join me with this idea to build a mat pilates flow. We started at a bridge and ended with a hundred burst. Sky is the limit with where this could go, but I love where it could go cause you all know I love building layers 😉
