When many people seek care in our Forestville practice they have one goal: relief. So that’s where we start! During this initial stage of intensive care, we have several obligations:
•Uncover the underlying cause of the health problem
•Suggest a care plan to produce the fastest resu

•Offer simple lifestyle modifications you can adopt so you can actively participate in your recovery
•Explain value of post-corrective wellness care

2. Wellness Care
We encourage our practice members to achieve the highest levels of health they can. Through educational opportunities (like health classes and our website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care and healthy lifestyle choices. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favour of the emerging wellness model. One of the simplest ways to improve how your body feels and functions is… consistent, guided movement.

💡 A great tool I often recommend is the Bend app available in the App Store or Google Play.

It’s easy to use and gives you short, guided sessions to help:
✔️ Improve mobility
✔️ Reduce stiffness
✔️ Support recovery
✔️ Move more freely day to day

Most people don’t have a structured plan when it comes to stretching or mobility…
They just do a bit here and there (or nothing at all).

👉 This gives you a simple routine you can actually stick to.

🎯 Start with just 5–10 minutes a day and see how your body responds.
