Elvis is a friendly and compassionate provisional psychologist, who enjoys working with people from different ages (children, teenagers, young adults, and older adults) and all walks of life. He has completed his Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and his Masters in Professional Psychology at ACAP University College ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“š

Elvis has experience working with clients who present diverse concerns, such as depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, issues with effective communication, social difficulties, and self-harm, among others. He is skilled at delivering cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

Meet our marvellous psychologist, Angie ๐ŸŒธ

Angie (she/her) is a friendly and approachable Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families. She is currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University ๐Ÿ“š

Angie has experience working across community mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and the criminal justice sector, supporting individuals with complex needs including trauma, anxiety, and behavioural challenges. She brings a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to her work, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space where children feel comfortable to express themselves and build confidence ๐Ÿ™Œ

Angie has a particular interest in understanding children within the broader context of their lives, including their family, school, and social environments. Her holistic perspective helps to build a well-rounded understanding of each childโ€™s strengths and challenges, allowing for more meaningful and tailored support ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒž

Meet our lovely psychologist Jaimee ๐ŸŒท๐Ÿค

Jaimee is a warm, thoughtful, and motivated Provisional Psychologist with a strong interest in working with children and adolescents, alongside their families and broader supports ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฝ

She completed her Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours at the University of New South Wales, and her Masters of Professional Psychology at Monash university. She is currently completing her postgraduate internship toward general registration ๐Ÿ“š

Jaimee has experience supporting children and adolescents away from home in Boarding School and DCJ out-of-home-care settings and with those presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, and complex behavioural and psychosocial presentations. Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches including cognitive-behavioural strategies, emotion regulation interventions, and strengths-based, relational frameworks ๐Ÿง 

Jaimee is passionate about supporting children from a holistic, biopsychosocial perspective, recognising the important interplay between emotional wellbeing, behaviour, learning, relationships, physical health, sleep, diet, and medication. She values taking the time to understand the broader context of each childโ€™s life and works collaboratively with families, schools, paediatricians, and allied health professionals to support consistency and wellbeing across settings ๐ŸŒ

Jaimee brings experience from the disability sector, where she has worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner supporting children and adolescents with complex needs. In addition to her role at the clinic, Jaimee also holds a position with Feel the Magic, a charity supporting children and families impacted by grief and loss โœจ

Outside of work, Jaimee enjoys hanging out with her family (including a German Shepard and an Australian Shepard) and friends, trying various forms of exercise, spending time outdoors and watching cringeworthy reality shows to switch off! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿค๐ŸŽž๏ธ

Elina is a compassionate Provisional Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and their families to create meaningful change. She values early intervention and recognises that timely support can positively shape a young personโ€™s developmental trajectory and create helpful flow-on effects across home, school, and social environments โ˜€๏ธ

Elina holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University, and a Master of Professional Psychology from Macquarie University ๐Ÿ“š She primarily has experience working in a hospital setting with clients presenting with co-occurring concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, as well as neurodevelopmental and personality disorders ๐Ÿง 

Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. She values developing a comprehensive understanding of each young personโ€™s mental health needs, drawing on psychological assessments alongside school and parent perspectives, to inform treatment. Elina uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), adapting strategies to best support each child or adolescent and their family โœจ

Meet our wonderful psychologist Jessica ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿค

Jessica is a warm and compassionate Provisional Psychologist currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at the Institute of Social Neuroscience Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from Swinburne University of Technology and an Honours Degree in Psychological Sciences from the Institute of Social Neuroscience Psychology. Jessica also holds a Master of Communication from the University of Technology Sydney, Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Policy and Governance from Queensland University of Technology ๐Ÿ“š

Jessica enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families to support improved mental health. She has a particular interest in supporting young people with specific learning disorders, mood difficulties, developmental and emotional regulation challenges, attachment-related concerns and psychoeducation with parents. Jessica enjoys psychological assessment and uses an evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on CBT, mindfulness-based CBT, and play therapy ๐Ÿง 

Before joining CDC, Jessica has worked for over ten years across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors including social health, indigenous health, community health, public health, and private mental health. Jessica has also held senior health consulting roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Sydney Childrenโ€™s Hospital Network ๐Ÿฅ
