Unfortunately there will be no regular classes held in term 1, 2024.

I will post here any upcoming irregular community classes that will be low cost or free. These will be held in the function room at LRSC.

Tonight is the last class for 2023!

Join us for a vinyasa flow practice to build physical and mental strength while being immersed in nature.
No bookings required, $20 cash or card. Try your first class for free. Families always welcome and lift access available.

Long Reef Surf Club function room 6:30-7:30pm. Optional ocean swim after class.
