Sending blessings along your way 🙏 together with few words hoping that those will meet you vibrant in your vital energy and spirit as another Autumn season 🍂🍁approaches the doorsteps of our Home.

🍁It’s magic is starting to open its arms to us here in Sydney together with its medicine that invites to contemplate the transitions in colours, winds, and warmth within our Earth as the Sun will touch us less intensely for the next 6 months as part of its natural harmonious dance with our Mother.

🍁I find the approaching of new seasons and the emerging of new natural rhythms always helpful in facilitating a liminal space of contemplation where to turn our eyes, ears and hearts internally, so to also connect with the transitions that are moving through our internal rivers and valleys.

The ones that might relate to our work and roles, to family and loved ones, to the relationships with ourselves, others and again to the memories from the past, the actions of the present and our visions in the future.

🍁Again, I find Seasons to be such great masters and teachers helping us to put all the above mentioned processes and relationships in the context of an universal, always changeable adaptable wisdom; yet constant in the always present spirit of love within the dance between sun, earth and moon. A symphony that sings of our origins and to which we absolutely belong.

I therefore want to invite you to connect in 3 weeks time for another evening of sound and prayers with the intention to get closer to our origins and transform anything that prevents us from living an abundant open relationship with Life.

Men’s work back 🙏 in June 2025. Sydney.

Very grateful, excited and honoured to announce that I’m putting together a group of men for a 4 months intensive that has the potential to be deeply transformative and healing.

We will journey through different rituals and modalities that aim to facilitate healing and connection on a personal and collective ancestral level.

The somatic emotional pillar compounded of integrative breathing techniques, sound medicine, conscious movement and elements of body work will be parallel to the practice of psycho-genealogy together with Earth centred rituals.

The intuitive blend of these tools, the natural overall frequency of the container, the different rhythms through which the healing energy will move through each of us will create an opening for us to access anything that might have been closed, exile and neglected from the compassion of our consciousness.

In six years providing these spaces I feel quite confident on saying that any silence, word, expression, impression can have a huge positive impact in the consciousness of each of the attendees.

This is due to the safety, the confidentiality, the inclusivity of the container creating an healthy tension with the unavoidable vulnerability of the moment that can meet our memories, behaviours, thoughts patterns and repressed emotions.

Being able to access this healthy tension with other men, brothers, fathers and sons it’s the greatest healing for the self in order to experience a renew sense of integration cleared from the guilt and the shame from which many concepts of manhood got conditioned in our capitalistic human centric modern culture.

Here a four months journey starting on the 17th of June to come back closer to our origins, our Earth, its elements, its medicine and letting this deep intimate connection to be the source of information on how keep weaving more spontaneous, thriving relationships within our human and extended families of living beings.

These days I reflect on the personal depths that our closest relationships allow us to navigate, especially family relationships, the ones that will stay with us forever no matter how far we pretend to live away from, not only on a physical plane but mostly on an emotional level.

Embarking in this journey means to retrieve a certain understanding as well as a feeling of our origins. The origin is the silence, the origin is that pause before taking another breath, a space of vacuity that yet connects us with the fullness of potential that resides within the all we are immersed in, once we are able to see ourselves as part of that all and not only as individual living being, running our personal race towards...who knows.

Our origin is the ancestral wisdom of our elders that keeps informing us about the teachings that live in the cycles of Earth and Sky, in the abundance of the Great Nature and the conscious life dwelling in each of its elements.

Yet to touch this sense of richness means to devote ourselves to heal all that sits between us and this wisdom, to clear the unresolved pain that keeps travelling down along layers of generations and that ultimately we personally and unconsciously dress, hold and sometimes project onto our loved brothers and sisters. Embarking in this journey might allow us to arrive at a place where our personal wounds can be seen as part of a more comprehensive system from which we can feel supported by. Our personal healing reflects in the collective, always.

As my work of investigation of Sound as a tool for Ancestral Intergenerational Healing keeps unfolding to learn more about the connection between sound frequencies, emotions, cellular memories and nervous system functionality is with these few lines that I renew my invitation towards all of you to sit in a Ceremony of Healing Sounds next Thursday 27th. DEAR FRIENDS,
I hope this message finds you in touch and grounded in your spirit as well as in resonance with the unfolding of life at this time being.

IT’S AGAIN THAT TIME OF THE YEAR to present our next 3Day Immersion in within the medicine of ancestral sounds, moreover it’s again the time where I feel called to offer a longer container than the usual sound healing nights so for this work to be of support to the ones who really wants to venture in their internal realms.

IN WITHIN THE LINEAGE of my teachers we use sound as a portal that opens us to altered states of sensitivity and to places internal to us that would be otherwise difficult to reach from the light of our consciousness. I have been contemplating lately (and experiencing) about the intelligence of this adaptogenic medicine and its role in cleansing cellular ancestral memories that dwell in our physical, mental and emotional spaces. The real work of healing through sound actually happens at this level, when a sound enters and creates a resonance within our bioenergetic field.

THEREFORE THESE 3 DAYS are for the people who really want to explore deeper grounds within themselves as also experience greater and expansive relationships with the energetic nature of any given moment.

THIS 3DAY HAVE A PROGRAM and don’t have a program, my intentions it’s in fact to make available the medicine of the moment rather than the medicine of sound itself, so that through the collective movements of consciousness that will undulate through and between us we will be able to embody a key aspect of any healing process.

TO SEE OTHERS AS HUMANS.

We arrive to see others as humans, even the ones who hurt us the most, only when we will be willing to descend in the darkness, the pain, the demons, the caos that are present in within us.
Ancestral healing teach us that our pain is often the pain of generations, travelling down and confronting us.

When we touch certain places we really start to see the imprint of our actions in present and future generations, we can grasp the real meaning of living breathing interconnectedness.

Moreover when a certain degree of healing is attained, through us and along our blood lineages, we start to feel a compassion that neutralise the conflicting charge in between the victims and perpetrators present along our lineages, as such conflict that has been dwelling in our flesh and mind has finally been unveiled to awareness.

It’s not beautiful and delightful, all comes along with a sense of grief, sadness, perhaps anger, perhaps a deep sense of injustice for all the has been lost and that at nowadays we keep losing in name of scellerate capitalism.

Yet it’s also this sadness, this grief, this pain the great connector between generations and to embrace that pain that travels down, while surrendering it to all that is more comprehensive and wider than our shoulders, it’s the only act of restoration that will allow us to grow in compassion.

To see others as humans.

To see others as humans, to see ourselves as unique humans among other unique humans it’s an invitation to descend in our roots.

Jan Sound Medicine Offerings. Sound Medicine is coming with weekly appointments also as a way to honour the trust you placed in this work over the last years, this allowed me to open a new vibrant space for us to gather more around the Medicine that always transpires when at the presence of sincere intentions. So before going ahead with presenting what is coming, firstly thank you so much for contributing to this and what I deeply love.

With the inspiration to offer a consistent space where to ritualise and honour any aspect, any movement any frequency surfacing for you in this moment of your life. With the aim to offer to all of that a bit of presence, silence, space and at the end also a sound. The invitation is to participate in a work that has the potential to let us journey through the internal portals that are ready to be opened so to tend towards parts that are in need of deep affection, freedom, comprehension and all that you wish for yourself. I hope this message finds you centred and vibrant in your spirit.

As we are transitioning into a new year ahead I want to initiate this message by expressing my deep gratitude for the trust you placed in me and the work I offer over this year. As the path unfolds through many little, sometimes big, other times exceptionally courageous steps I send blessings along your paths for your walk to be always guided by the vision, the intentions, the beauty and the dreams of your natural whole self.

We undoubtedly live under collective challenging times on many fronts.
As inner personal work can’t be separated from the encompassing visible and invisible network into which we breathe our lives, as consumerism capitalistic politics still enrich the lives of few upon the suffer of the most, as ethnic cleansing is still a practice that nowadays rage, claim, burn the lands of Palestine, Amazon rainforest, South and Central America and Africa and many other communities of east and middle east.

I feel this to be a call to collectively lean towards choices that help reducing suffering so to reaffirm at this time of the year the sacredness of all lives through actions that can move us away from liberalism aka capitalisms, exploitation and world famine, while also offering some breaths to the ones who suffer from such human induced consequences. [At the end of this post you will find LINKS of organisations doing great work in this respect].

On the other hand, despite the practical and emotional complexity that such belonging to the big human family often implies, it is also true that it offers sprouts of growth within the valleys of our personal unknown inner terrains. The only places where Peace, personal and collective, can start to rise like a Sun after travelling through the wisdom of the great teacher the Darkness, it’s the same wisdom that bits at the centre of the Earth, at the bottom of the Oceans, it’s the cave of our hearts where the unbroken sounds and lights of our spirit can be finally embraced.

Hello dear friends,

I hope this message meets you in full vibrance, serenity and clarity.

Sending you an invite for this year’s last sound healing ritual which will happen on Tuesday 10th December at 7:30pm, as we know the end of the year can become quite hectic as we try to bring closure to work duties while also meeting all sorts of social gatherings.

Yet, even in the midst of busy days and minds we can still hear the call of a silence that invites stillness within the movement, peace within the chaos and harmony within the noise. The art of coming back to that silence it’s a path itself, it’s cultivated overtime and gets to expand when awareness extend to the places of dissonance along the song lines within us.

I find these end of the year rituals very beneficial to strengthen this path back to baseline, it is a path but it’s also our nervous system and its functionality, it’s the quality of our breath, it’s a sound and it’s a subtle yet potent vibration that intimately related with each of us.

I will keep this message short while one more time expressing my gratitude for another incredible transformational year that seemed so fast yet so long for the amount of path walked, this thanks also to your presence.

Healing is an initiation. An apprenticeship on relentlessly extending our connections through song lines and subtle energetic communications, the ones who sing though the voice of our grandfathers and grandmothers. Songs of protection, reverence and strength at times where the polarisation of the human mind still place conditions on fundamental principles of humanitarian and ecological concern.

Prayers today to reinvigorate now more than ever vibrant unshakable roots.

“We are a profoundly interconnected species as the global economic and ecological crises reveal in vivid and frightening detail. We must accept the simple fact that we are dependent on and accountable to one another.” Parker Palmer  I hope that the flow of life is felt as kind, warm and safe for you at the moment.

As some of you may know, I always like to touch on the relational principle from which every authentic therapeutic practice derives; every healing process facilitates, invites, sometimes challenges our ability to tend connections with everything that we find difficult to accept and therefore take care of.

Especially at a time when humanity is called to face, among many other shadows, the ecological crisis we have caused in the oceans, riverbeds and underground waters, together with the loss of forest mantles and the climate imbalance that all this naturally promotes.

I contemplate the role of pain and grief.
I contemplate how pain has been demonized in modern capitalist cultures, diverted from its original principle by some religious doctrines, glossed over in today’s new age spirituality.
I also contemplate how grief has always been ritualized and made sacred by indigenous traditions of around the world. May your songs and dances always be respected and protected.
I contemplate grief today, as a doorway to empathy, as a passageway leading to more compassionate ways of living. I contemplate pain as the primary medicine in any healing process for its intrinsic power to restore lost connections and renew more Earth-centered daily choices.

May we find songs and offerings for what has been lost, so as to renew reverence for the seeds that always re-emerge from the soil of our Mother, as well as from the deepest scenario of our psyche and spirit, according to elemental, spiritual and sacred forces here on this Earth.

A deep therapeutic work that aims to heal and restore to harmony the dissonance of unresolved memories through the use of ancestral sounds.
