Redland City Council Queensland is presenting a motion to the national Local Government forum in Canberra in late June on cemeteries and funeral practices.

Council wants to a national funding stream aimed at enhancing cemetery safety infrastucture, and a national program to help local government adopt digital memorialisations and equitable funeral assistance programs for First Nations communities.
