4. Sautรฉ: Add the nuts and dried fruits to the melted ghee and sautรฉ for a few minutes until fragrant.
5. Add Spices: Stir in cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and saffron (if using).
6. Blend: Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and pulse until you reach your desired consistency. You can make it into a coarse mixture or a smoother paste.
7. Shape: If making ladoos, use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls.
8. Enjoy: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
