Had a fun business trip to Melbourne this May with some colleague/ friends!

5 years after first doing my mentor’s Fertile Life Method course, I revisited it and learned even more this time.
Thanks for inspiring me and sharing your expertise so generously with us.

Chinese medicine practitioners have to continue their professional education each year and this was a lovely way to do it.

It’s so satisfying seeing so many of my clients get pregnant and see the precious little babies they create. I’m happy to play a part in this.

Perfect Autumn/ Winter cooking; this recipe is so healthy & delicious (sorry vegans/vegos, please ignore this post!). You cook the whole organic chicken to make the broth, you then have heaps of slow cooked shredded chicken to put in other soups, pies, tacos, warm salads, curries, toasties etc. 🤤
The recipe also makes a couple of litres of gut healing/ immune boosting bone broth. You can even freeze the bones afterwards, and then make another batch of bone broth. Super wholistic and nourishing. Let me know what you think. You could also add some ginger.

There's no comparison between homemade chicken stock and stock poured out of a can. The flavors are much deeper, and the quality of nutrients far surpasses anything you'll find wrapped in aluminum.

Winter cough? Here are some acupressure points for you to try at home, to boost Lung, Stomach & Kidney Qi and boost well-being.

Press each or both points for 1-2 minutes, doing slow deep breaths. You can try this 1-3 times a day.

Avoid dairy and sugar. Eat lots of nutrient dense soups, protein and vegetables, with lots of fresh herbs, onion, leek, garlic. Have bone broth each day to boost gut health & immune.

Poached pears are delicious, and nourish weak lungs.

In TCM the lungs are the beach of tree, and Kidneys the root. So you must rest and nourish both root and branch of tree, in order to restore wellness.
