After a short break, our weekly meditation classes return on July 23rd - and we’d love to see you there.

These 1.5-hour sessions are more than just mindfulness.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated practice that blends meditation with evidence-based psychological insights, designed to help you explore your inner world, release mental clutter, and reconnect with your centre.

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this is a gentle space to reset and realign.

Let's talk about anxiety...

Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived threats. It’s the body’s way of preparing to face challenges, but when it becomes overwhelming or persistent, it can interfere with daily life.

What Does Anxiety Feel Like?

Anxiety affects both the mind and body. It can feel like:

🔹 Racing thoughts, excessive worry, or difficulty concentrating
🔹 A sense of dread, fear, or restlessness
🔹 Physical symptoms like a racing heart, tight chest, dizziness, nausea, or shortness of breath
🔹 Sleep disturbances, muscle tension, or feeling constantly on edge

What Causes Anxiety?

Anxiety can stem from various factors, including:

✔ Stress & Life Events – Work pressure, relationship issues, or major changes
✔ Past Experiences – Trauma, childhood stress, or unresolved emotional wounds
✔ Genetics & Brain Chemistry – Some people may be more prone to anxiety due to family history or brain function
✔ Lifestyle Factors – Poor sleep, excessive caffeine, or lack of exercise can contribute
