Nelson is a Chiropractor with a passion for helping individuals overcome physical limitations and achieve their health goals, particularly those dealing with chronic pain. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal therapy, Nelson is dedicated to supporting patients in reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Growing up much smaller and skinnier than he is now, Nelson was motivated to build muscle and strength, which eventually led him to powerlifting. Throughout high school, he experienced a number of gym-related injuries, which sparked his interest in chiropractic care and musculoskeletal therapy. This personal experience with injury and recovery has deeply influenced his empathetic approach to helping others, particularly those suffering from long-term or chronic pain conditions.

In the clinic, Nelson takes particular satisfaction in working with chronic pain patients, aiming to provide long-term relief and effective management strategies. His approach combines hands-on care with a strong focus on helping individuals take control of their pain and movement.

Outside of the clinic, Nelson enjoys working out in the gym, bouldering, and challenging himself with escape rooms around Sydney (though he admits he still struggles to escape!). He is also an avid gamer, finding enjoyment in both the mental and physical challenges his hobbies provide.

With his own journey of overcoming injury and building strength, Nelson brings a unique perspective and a compassionate, results-oriented approach to his practice, empowering his patients to feel confident and capable in their bodies once again.

We love helping those around us who want to improve their health and movement. As a couple, we believe that everyone should have access to quality health care in order to improve their quality of life through movement.
Daniel is a Chiropractor with special interest in sports and movement mechanics. Studying his undergraduate in Human Movement before completing his Masters in Chiropractic; his passion lies with combining knowledge learnt from both areas and applying it to people from all walks of life. A Sydney based clinician treating in both Holroyd and Kogarah, bookings can be made by phone call or online.
Louisa is an Exercise Physiologist with over 6 years of experience in disability. She’s developed a special interest in designing and implementing strength, fitness and health programs for children and adults with movement disorders.
