I am really passionate about what I do, I find with massage I can make a real difference in my clients life. Clients under stress or experiencing pain from a slight ni**le to chronic pain, can feel the affects of massage straightaway, improving their quality of life.
I offer a range of different massage techniques, personalised for each client. At the initial consultation a posture analysis, range of motion, and gait anaylsis will be done. These test will be the starting point to design a treatment plan and provide insight as to why you are experiencing pain or tightness in your areas of concern.
After the treatment, I recommend a tea or glass of water to help with the toxic dump you may experience. Massage moves the conjestion from areas, by moving the blood and brings oxygen to your musles. Some clients may feel sore after and even into the next day if deep tissue massage has been received. I like to provide clients with stretches, these will help extend the length and lightness the treatment has given to your muscles.
