You’re not procrastinating because you’re lazy — you’re procrastinating because your nervous system thinks action is a threat. Most people don’t delay because they’re unmotivated — they delay because the task feels overwhelming, exposing, or energetically expensive. Avoidance is a protection pattern, not a character flaw.

Here are 5 ways to make taking action feel safe and doable:

1️⃣ Shrink the task until there’s no resistance.
2️⃣ Replace “finish it” with “move it forward.”
3️⃣ Change your environment before your mindset.
4️⃣ Separate thinking from doing.
5️⃣ Celebrate initiation, not completion.

Feeling like there's not enough of you to go around?

This is a common problem for entrepreneurs.

So many phone calls, meetings, emails, lunches, and more – there's hardly any time to get any real work done!

Schedule yourself time to respond to emails, messages, voicemails, and whatever other communications are bogging you down.
