We're always thrilled to see one of our Powerchairs out in the field! This is Melissa Anne Tanner. Melissa is currently competing as an Australian Para Archer at the World Championships in Gwangju Korea. She says, "The footpaths in Korea are very difficult to navigate, but with the power chair from Novis, it breezed over all obstacles. The other feature that was outstanding was the seat raiser. It enabled me to view my team mates competing".

With so much choice, it's important that any mobility equipment is purchased after a proper assessment. The right equipment isn't just about features; it's about clinical suitability. That’s why involving an occupational therapist or other allied health professional matters. OTs assess more than just mobility. They look at the home environment, physical ability, risk factors, and long-term goals.

We continue to work alongside our valued OT network helping raise awareness about the importance of a proper assessment and ensuring the right equipment can be accessed when and where it’s needed.
