🌿 Today I was reminded of something I wrote last year… and it landed differently.
Almost like my past self reached forward and whispered, “Hey… this is for you.”

I realised I’ve been putting my own health to the side again.
Not intentionally.
Just slowly… quietly… the way we do when life gets full and we keep showing up for everyone else.

And it made me pause.

Because I can guide people through healing, clarity, and transformation —
but I’m still a human woman with a body that speaks,
a heart that gets tired,
and a nervous system that needs gentleness too.

This isn’t about failing.
It’s about remembering.

Remembering that I matter.
Remembering that my body deserves the same care I ask others to give theirs.
Remembering that strength isn’t pushing through —
it’s listening.

So today, I’m softening.
I’m choosing myself.
I’m honouring the signs instead of overriding them.
