Sydney Personal Trainer Weight loss- I am not here to just to help you have a quick weight loss. My fitness and weight loss programs are designed specifically for each client. The one-program-fits-all is a thing of the past. The program is designed to look at clients’ body mass index, diet and lifestyle factors interfering with the clients’ goals. I aim to educate my clients and try and break down the barriers as to why they are not achieving their desired weight loss goals, to boost their metabolic rate, and to give my clients the confidence to achieve their goals alone. I use cables, free weights machines, classic exercises and new exercises, different resistances, tempos and sets. All to help you to achieve your goals. For all this big talk, I have the experience and qualifications to back it up. Qualifications in programs such as PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program), EKI (Kettlebell Instructor Course), Performance IQ, Bio Signature, Bio Mechanics Method and Precision Nutrition. These qualifications have enabled me to gain varied and valuable knowledge in the areas of aerobics, resistance and weight training, rehabbing injuries, stretching, holistic approaches to fitness and lifestyle, exercise selection and execution, core training, healthy eating, drug free bodybuilding and helping people with back pain. Couples and Weddings- Wouldn’t it be better to look amazing walking down the aisle on the biggest day of your life rather than looking back wishing you had gotten into better shape for your one big day? Or are you a couple that have let the weight slip on or the muscle slip off? How to Boost your Metabolism- Did you know that exercise can have a positive effect on aging? Or did you know certain exercises and foods can naturally increase your testosterone and estrogen levels, increase your muscle, increase your metabolic rate, release endorphins, help smack fat away, change your shape, and even improve your skin?? I look at diet, lifestyle and training ability, and how I can help achieve a better you. Body Weight and Muscle Gain- Naturally change your body shape or size. Isn’t it about time you had someone show you what you have been doing wrong with your training, and set you up so you know how to continue on with new exercises, knowing the reason as to why you are doing them? I work with my clients one-on-one or two clients at a time, and help you to achieve a ‘v’ shape, square chest, bigger arms and rugby player quads to get ready for that special event. Gym Potato- Do you have no idea of what you should be doing at the gym? Do you stare at the gym TV whilst sitting on a piece of equipment that you think works your legs but is actually working your abs? Are you jumping from one piece of equipment to the next without really knowing what you are doing? You joined the fitness centre in January and are on the treadmill and exercise bike every day, and it’s now December and you’re still not seeing any results. Does the weights room scare you? Do you think dumbbells are only for boys? If you always do the same thing you will always get the same results. Are you getting results you want? I don’t have time- Are you too busy or stressed to take care of the gym part of your life? Are you taking supplements instead of exercising? You need someone who can motivate you and effectively give you a great workout in a small amount of time, so you know that when you are walking into the gym you will have a fitness professional there, ready to give you a great workout, and when you are walking out of the gym you will feel like you have achieved something for your health, mind and fitness. Gym Junkie- Need motivation, hit a plateau, want bigger arms or legs but its just not happening? Want new exercise challenges, new stretches, or new training methods? Do you want to do weight training but not sure where to start? Want to reach your ideal weight? Do you need to work on an area that is lacking? What about having someone tell you what you are lacking or need correcting? Or do you just want someone to stand over you and make sure you do it?! My Exerciseology- I look at my clients’ training age, ability and goals, and then I program certain exercises based around these. Since his last update at 25 kg down, he’s now dropped a total of 30 kg, come off blood pressure meds, and trimmed his waist by 35 cm — all in 18 months.

The result of consistent training, smart nutrition, and doing the work —
no shortcuts, no quick fixes, just discipline and structure.

Ross, it’s been one hell of a fitness journey for you. Congratulations on your 29.2 kg loss! 🎉

Thank you for sticking with it and putting in the work, from that first 1 kg drop to this milestone. Your determination has taken us from gyms to Kings Cross basements, leaky garages, parks, and even abandoned bus stop shelters—anywhere I could set up during COVID.

I know you have more fitness goals you want to achieve, but let’s take a moment to celebrate this great result. Remember that first kg you dropped and how your face lit up realising what you were capable of. Keep going, Ross, you’ve got this! 🚀

Great work Bret it was awesome helping you set a strong training foundation for long term results. Remember what went through, keep putting in the work, be consistent, and EAT (cereal is not a food group 😛). Pictures are 3.5 months apart, Bret while training with me had a swimming accident and dislocated his shoulder so we had to regress training to get him back to correct training technique. A fitness journey is never a straight line. So it is awesome to see Jon’s consistent work ethic and consistency in the gym paying off with his physique after he was out of action for 3 months off proper weight training from shoulder surgery. Sam’s transformation was unlike any other. For anyone needing inspiration for their own fitness journey, Sam has battled with an autoimmune disease since he was two & takes medication that makes it close to impossible for him to get lean & build lean muscle mass.
