Last week, our Quality Assurance & Business Manager, Cesar Gil Hernandez, had the pleasure of meeting with the wonderful team at PAWA Community Care, a valued organisation Gold Care Home Services has proudly worked alongside for many years.

It was a great opportunity to reconnect, strengthen our partnership and discuss how we can continue delivering reliable, high-quality support services to the community together.

👋 Meet Pablo Benites Hernandez
HR Coordinator at Gold Care Home Services

Pablo has been with Gold Care for over three and a half years and plays an important role in supporting our team across the full employee lifecycle. From coordinating recruitment to ensuring compliance and being a key point of contact for staff, Pablo helps keep our HR operations running smoothly, organised and employee-focused.

What Pablo enjoys most about his role is being there for our team when they need support. He is passionate about creating a positive work environment and believes that a well-supported workforce is essential to delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly surfing, as well as farm work and agriculture.
