When will he come? Am I ever going to meet her? I’m awesome, I’m loving, smart and kind, so why the f*ck am I still single? Just a few common and very natural questions that can cause great heart ache when we are without our “true love”.

It’s not about pretending to be happy with singledom, rather its learning and embracing new ways to love the present. Discovering new perspectives to see yourself and your life as so damn beautiful and miraculous that you can choose a new state of mind and heart.

Contemporary ritual and ceremony are my favourite tools for dropping powerfully into the radiance and clarity of the present. We connect to science and spirit, intuition and intelligence in order to feel whole, empowered, and deeply loved by life itself.

2020. It’s a wrap!

I wasn’t ready. I didn’t want to promote or market anything even though my next course was weeks away. Social media was disturbing my peace of mind.

After all we’ve experienced in 2020 all I wanted was quiet, rest, rejuvenation, play and leisure with my nearest and dearest.

That was 3 weeks ago. Today is is different story, our retreat in nature pressed the most beautiful reset button and life feels smooth and easy again.

Today three people signed up to Unshakable Love, because now the energy is flowing, true and with integrity. Don’t you just love the law of attraction, and the gift of patience!

It’s taken a lot of encouragement from my beloved to make stillness and rest an essential activity for mental well being and exceptional creativity, not to mention a balanced life of doing less and being more.

Here’s to more being, in love and in life. Happy New Year beautiful humans ♥️

When we are truly ready to grow, nothing can halt our evolution.

When we are truly ready to spread our wings and expand our heart to receive more love, the world can change right before our eyes. It’s all about saying yes.

I witness this transformation over and over again in my Unshakable Love 7 week course, which starts in just two week Jan 10th.

We have four spaces remaining in our beautiful circle of men and women who are ready for experiencing more love and deep connection in 2021.

Sometimes the growth is immediate and potent, other times it’s a subtle shift within that will lead to deep fulfilment down the track.

2020, Thank you for reminding humanity that life and freedom is sacred.

For catalysing new ways of thinking, collaborating, creating and sharing life.

For connecting me to inspirational teachers and so many exceptional students and sisters.

For reminding me how resilient humans are and our willingness to thrive.

For the gratitude I’ve cultivated for my health and freedom and the people I love so dearly.

For forcing me out of my comfort zone and into phenomenal growth.

For the time and space to truly think about the legacy I’m creating and impact my life is making.

Love is not a commodity, it cannot be bought or sold. Love must rise organically and can never be coerced, however it can be awakened. This is why I created the Unshakable Love Course.

I am so deeply fulfilled, grounded and in love. Such powerful earth medicine and elemental alchemy on this potent day as we close our magical Solstice retreat.

So much love for our gorgeous group, recalibrated and ready for the new year, new perspectives and a new dawn.
