From booking the Clubhouse or Wellness Centre, to RSVPing for social events, maintenance requests, or checking the local weather, it’s all in the palm of your hand.

Residents across our Hunter Valley, Campbell, Griffith, Mudgee, Northern Rivers and Officer communities have been trialling the app since March 2026.

Lincoln Place has received planning approval for Lincoln Lifestyle Mackay, a $200 million masterplanned community delivering 325 homes for over-50s.

Located in Walkerston, just 10km west of Mackay, it will be the largest lifestyle community of its kind in the region in more than a decade.

Featuring an 8,800sqm Clubhouse precinct with a lagoon pool, bowling green, pickleball courts and more, the project celebrates active, connected living.

We look forward to commencing construction within the next 12 months and welcoming our first residents by 2027.

Last night, residents at Lincoln Lifestyle Griffith Hill came together with family and friends for a special Easter celebration, sharing a community dinner and enjoying an exclusive first look inside the brand-new Wellness Centre ahead of its official opening.

Griffith Hill’s very first resident, Elena, had the honour of cutting the ribbon and welcoming everyone inside. It was a lovely moment that captured what community life is all about: people coming together to share and celebrate life’s everyday moments.

With the official Wellness Centre opening just two weeks away, the excitement at Griffith Hill is continuing to build.

Last Friday, Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda welcomed more than 100 guests to celebrate the opening of its new Sales Centre and Display Village.

Visitors had the opportunity to step inside the new two and three-bedroom Emerson and Chandler display homes, explore the community, and experience first-hand the lifestyle on offer at Baranduda. It was also wonderful to see residents and future homeowners coming together in the clubhouse, connecting and enjoying the day as a community.

The new Sales Centre will now be home to New Home Advisor Tiago, providing a dedicated space where visitors can explore home designs, view the masterplan, and learn more about life at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda.

It’s official! 🏡 Construction is now underway at Lincoln Lifestyle Eagle Point, marking the start of the region’s largest masterplanned over‑50s lifestyle community. The masterplan will deliver 203 new homes and resort-style amenities to this elevated location, with sweeping views of King Lake.

We were proud to celebrate the official sod turn with East Gippsland Shire Council Mayor Jodie Ashworth, marking the start of a vibrant new community designed for residents to live life well.

The first residents are expected to be welcomed by early 2027, and we look forward to sharing more updates as this vibrant new community takes shape.

Development Update | Construction is progressing well at our Lincoln Lifestyle Mudgee Spring community.

Works are continuing across the community, with the future clubhouse and pool now taking shape following the completion of key concrete pours. The new facilities are due for completion by early 2027.

At the same time, a number of new homes are currently under construction, supporting the continued growth of this welcoming over-50s neighbourhood.

Exciting news! One year on from the last release, we’ve launched the next stage of home designs at Lincoln Lifestyle Kangaroo Flat.

The excitement follows a well-attended open day at the estate, where visitors explored the new home designs and experienced the vibrant community lifestyle firsthand.

At Officer Lifestyle Estate in Melbourne, we’re meeting some of the last residents as the community nears completion with fewer than 10 homes remaining. Meanwhile, at Lincoln Lifestyle Griffith Hill and Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda, the neighbourhoods continue to grow as more people settle in.

Celebrating International Women’s Day 💜

Over the weekend, our communities marked International Women’s Day, taking a moment to celebrate the many women who help make our neighbourhoods such warm, welcoming and vibrant places to live.

On Sunday, our community at Lincoln Lifestyle Baranduda in Victoria gathered for a special residents’ lunch, thoughtfully prepared by the men in the community. It was a lovely afternoon and a chance for the women in the neighbourhood to feel a little spoiled while enjoying good food and great company.

Across our communities, many women residents enjoy coming together for regular activities, including those at Officer Lifestyle Estate who take part in lunch outings, fitness classes such as aqua aerobics, and creative groups like craft. These moments reflect the friendships, activity and connection that are part of everyday life in our communities.

Thank you to the women across our communities, both residents and team members, who make Lincoln Place what it is.
