Exciting update for Townsville!

Construction has officially commenced on our newest over-50's community, Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Beaches. This will be Townsville’s largest masterplanned over-50s lifestyle community, set to deliver 350 new homes and a multi-million-dollar investment in sport and recreation amenities over the next five years.

We celebrated this milestone with Minister for Regional and Rural Development Dale Last, Councillor Brodie Phillips, Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer Paul Yeo and local civil contractor Mendi Constructions. Based on the current program, our first release of 30 homes is expected to be completed by Christmas 2026.

This premium over-50s lifestyle estate will offer:

Creativity came alive across our communities with recent Art Shows at Officer Lifestyle Estate and Kangaroo Flat Lifestyle Estate. 🎨

Talented residents submitted a variety of works, from paintings and pottery to crafts and quilting. Each piece reflected the vibrant artistic spirit within our communities.

At Officer, guest critic Bronwyn selected standout works, while our Community Manager Elle proudly presented certificates to award winners. Meanwhile, at Kangaroo Flat, residents also enjoyed a lively painting session in the Clubhouse, showcasing their creativity in a colourful display.

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to everyone who was involved!

Big news for Lincoln Lifestyle Northern Rivers! 🎉

Construction is underway on our brand-new clubhouse – a vibrant hub where residents will relax, connect and enjoy a huge range of amenities.

We were proud to celebrate this milestone with Clarence Valley Council Mayor Ray Smith, our CEO Paul Yeo, and some of our wonderful founding residents. Local builder QLinc is on board to deliver this state-of-the-art facility, supporting local jobs while creating a welcoming hub for residents.

When complete in late 2026, the clubhouse will deliver:

It’s been a busy and inspiring few weeks at Lincoln Place with staff and residents joining forces to host events and raise funds for causes that make a difference.

👖 Jeans for Genes Day
Baranduda Lifestyle Estate hosted a Bake It Blue Morning Tea, with residents coming together to share baked goods in a sea of blue. Our corporate team proudly wore denim to show their support too. Together, we raised funds for the Children’s Medical Research Institute, helping the 1 in 20 Aussie kids born with a genetic disease or birth defect.

🐶 The Lost Dogs Home
At Officer Lifestyle Estate, residents hosted a morning tea to support the Cranbourne Lost Dogs Home and its vital work for vulnerable companion animals. With 13 pups in attendance, the event was filled withwagging tails, homemade treats and a whole lot of community spirit.

Thank you to everyone involved in these great fundraising activities.

The announcement of our premium over-50s lifestyle community in the heart of Yeppoon has been featured on 7NEWS Central Queensland.

This community will be the largest of its kind in a region known as the gateway to the Keppel Islands and Great Barrier Reef.

Featuring 401 architecturally designed two and three-bedroom single-storey homes and resort-style amenities, the new community will also include a luxury clubhouse and wellness centre, heated pool, bowls green, pickleball courts, gardens and BBQ areas.

Early works are set to begin next year, and we look forward to delivering this vibrant community to Queensland’s central coast.

Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate is buzzing with development news. 🏡

Stage 1 of our over 50s lifestyle community is nearly sold out, with prestigious local builder Coachwood Homes making great strides on-site. Stage 2 construction is also officially underway, bringing even more opportunities to join this vibrant community.

As part of this second stage, our new Collina home design – shaped and thoughtfully informed by valuable resident feedback – is taking form with cladding work commenced.

Over at the Wellness Centre, frames are nearly complete and roofing is set to begin soon thanks to Brad Hammond Builders.

Bringing our masterplanned lifestyle estates to life is full of exciting milestones. For residents who already call these communities home, it also means living alongside differing levels of construction activity.

At Baranduda Lifestyle Estate, the newly formed social committee has turned this into an opportunity to create meaningful connections, hosting morning teas in the clubhouse for residents and the hardworking homebuilders.

The catchups provide a relaxed opportunity for everyone to connect over coffee and a bite to eat, in exchange for a small donation that goes towards the Baranduda community kitty.

Since the morning teas began, we’ve seen more friendly interactions between tradespeople and residents, and a real sense of community spirit.

Thank you to the social committee and everyone involved for helping build a stronger and more connected neighbourhood.

🎉 Open Day Celebrations 🎉

What an incredible day we had at Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate Valley Lifestyle Estate's Open Day on Saturday, with over 200 guests celebrating the unveiling of our brand new, million-dollar lifestyle amenities.

Residents and friends from the local community toured our new bowls green, pickleball court, games room, and the beautiful indoor-outdoor dining pavilion, which complement the recently upgraded 20-metre pool. Guests also explored our new display homes and experienced firsthand what makes Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate such a welcoming and vibrant community.

A huge thank you to the East Cessnock Bowling Club for kicking things off on the bowls green with some amazing skills, and to everyone who came along to make this day so special. Homes are selling quickly and our final stage is just around the corner.

🌱 Exciting News at Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate! 🌱

We’ve officially turned the first sod on our future residents’ wellness centre and community clubhouse.

Doug Curran - Mayor - Griffith City Council, our founding and future residents, and local builders Brad Hammond Builders celebrated the commencement of this health and wellness facility. This state-of-the-art clubhouse will soon become the heart of Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate, offering a welcoming space for residents to socialise, entertain, and connect.

Designed with the Riverina lifestyle in mind, our purpose-built wellness centre will offer a bowls green, gym, outdoor heated pool, pickleball courts, putting green, and a beautiful community garden.

Next door, the clubhouse will feature spacious lounge and dining areas, a resident theatre, craft studio, and games room. Food is at the centre of our community, so we’re especially excited about the communal kitchen and BBQ areas – a true nod to Griffith’s Italian heritage and reputation as the food bowl of NSW. There’s truly something for everyone to enjoy!
