Our Clubhouse precinct is taking shape at Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate, with the concrete slab now poured for the state-of-the-art Wellness Centre. After turning the sod in May, it’s exciting to see the vision coming to life so quickly, all thanks to the fantastic work of local team Brad Hammond Builders.

Scheduled to open later this year, the Wellness Centre will be a vibrant hub where residents can stay active, connect with friends, or simply unwind in a welcoming space designed with their wellbeing in mind.

Exciting news for Victoria’s Gippsland Lakes region!

Lincoln Place is bringing a premium over-50s lifestyle community to Eagle Point. From its elevated position, the new community will capture sweeping views across King Lake – a stunning backdrop for the 209 architecturally designed two and three-bedroom homes and resort-style amenities.

These spaces include a clubhouse, cinema, heated pool, pickleball court, and bowls green.

Early works will begin later this year, and we look forward to welcoming the first residents to their new homes by Christmas 2026.

What an unforgettable afternoon we had at Mudgee Spring Lifestyle Estate last week, with special guest speaker and legendary broadcaster Ken Sutcliffe.

Residents and guests from the community gathered in the sports pavilion to learn about Ken’s 50-year career in sports journalism. His engaging Q&A gave a glimpse into his life and why he chose to return home to retire in beautiful Mudgee.

The event supported PCYC Mudgee and the incredible work they do for local youth. We were proud to contribute a $500 donation to PCYC Mudgee with guests on the day also generously joining in to help make a difference.

🎉 Open Day Celebrations 🎉

What an incredible day we had at Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate Valley Lifestyle Estate's Open Day on Saturday, with over 200 guests celebrating the unveiling of our brand new, million-dollar lifestyle amenities.

Residents and friends from the local community toured our new bowls green, pickleball court, games room, and the beautiful indoor-outdoor dining pavilion, which complement the recently upgraded 20-metre pool. Guests also explored our new display homes and experienced firsthand what makes Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate such a welcoming and vibrant community.

A huge thank you to the East Cessnock Bowling Club for kicking things off on the bowls green with some amazing skills, and to everyone who came along to make this day so special. Homes are selling quickly and our final stage is just around the corner.

🌱 Exciting News at Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate! 🌱

We’ve officially turned the first sod on our future residents’ wellness centre and community clubhouse.

Doug Curran - Mayor - Griffith City Council, our founding and future residents, and local builders Brad Hammond Builders celebrated the commencement of this health and wellness facility. This state-of-the-art clubhouse will soon become the heart of Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate, offering a welcoming space for residents to socialise, entertain, and connect.

Designed with the Riverina lifestyle in mind, our purpose-built wellness centre will offer a bowls green, gym, outdoor heated pool, pickleball courts, putting green, and a beautiful community garden.

Next door, the clubhouse will feature spacious lounge and dining areas, a resident theatre, craft studio, and games room. Food is at the centre of our community, so we’re especially excited about the communal kitchen and BBQ areas – a true nod to Griffith’s Italian heritage and reputation as the food bowl of NSW. There’s truly something for everyone to enjoy!

We’re so happy to share Elena Qualitieri’s story - a true homecoming 40 years in the making.

After spending more than four decades on the New South Wales Central Coast, Elena has returned to her hometown in the beautiful Riverina region, closer to family and surrounded by the memories she cherishes – and a brand-new home at Griffith Hill Lifestyle Estate.

Elena told us, “I grew up in Griffith and met my husband here. It brings back a lot of happy memories for me,” she said. “My sisters and niece who live in Griffith sent me pictures of the beautiful home and community, and that’s when I decided to buy. Family knows best! I love the new house. I’m excited to meet all of my new neighbours and can’t wait to see the community develop.”

🎉 Big News from Baranduda Lifestyle Estate! 🎉

We’re beyond excited to celebrate a huge milestone over the weekend - the official opening of our brand-new, beautifully restored Clubhouse at Baranduda Lifestyle Estate. More than 200 people including Wodonga Deputy Mayor, Cr Michelle Cowan joined the celebrations on Saturday, with live music and plenty of community festivities.

This isn’t just any clubhouse. What used to be the old Trinity Anglican College hall has been transformed into the vibrant heart the estate, thanks to a multi-million-dollar restoration that blends charming original features like soaring vaulted ceilings and stunning cathedral windows with fresh, modern touches that make it feel bright, warm, and welcoming.

One of our favourite spots? The gorgeous kitchen and bar, complete with marble benchtops and gold accents - the perfect backdrop for happy hours or casual get-togethers. And right at the heart of it all is the cosy residents’ lounge and its inviting fireplace. The Clubhouse also features an indoor pool, bowls green, library, theatre and dining areas.

Have you ever gone on a house hunt that took you further than expected? Dennis and Donna Callcott’s journey to finding their perfect home wasn’t a quick one - but it was worth it.

Originally from Windsor in Sydney’s north-west, they toured over 20 communities across NSW and Queensland before falling in love with Lincoln Place’s brand-new Mudgee Spring Lifestyle Estate in Central West NSW.

Dennis shared, “We looked far as Yamba, Cessnock and down south in Eden. The moment we saw this home in Mudgee Spring, we knew it was the one. It was downsizing without sacrificing what we wanted. Mudgee is a beautiful part of the world. The scenery is great, and the people are lovely.”

Nestled in the heart of Mudgee Wine Country and just minutes from town, this estate has so much to offer. Residents enjoy a wellness centre, clubhouse, bowling green, pickleball court, and an outdoor dining pavilion perfect for catching up with friends and family. Officer Lifestyle Estate (VIC) was buzzing with laughter and cheer at its Easter Family Fun Day, featuring egg hunts, face painting, games, and treats. Trevor, one of the first residents, was thrilled to win the door prize.
