Gosh… life with two little humans and a growing business has quietly reshaped my days. And it’s meant choosing what needs me most in each moment. That’s why our socials have been gently set aside for a wee while 🤍

I can’t quite believe our little one is already 5 months old 🥹

Our sweet little Arlo Louie Darmizin. Our second blessing.

The tiniest soul who somehow takes up the biggest space in our hearts… even when he takes up most of our nights too 🫠

Thank you for every message, every thoughtful gift, every kind word when he arrived. We felt so supported and so so loved. It meant more than we can say!!

This season of our life smells like baby milk and warm cuddles.
It sounds like clinic conversations and toddler laughter.
It feels like tired eyes, preschool mornings, and very full hearts.

We’re building something at work.

And

We’re building something at home.

And more and more, I realise they aren’t separate things.

We’ve been quiet on here, not because life has slowed down but because it’s been overflowing!
Between growing our business, welcoming incredible new practitioners to our team, and keeping up with our beautiful, wild little toddler Elyse…

Meet Dr. Brenda – The newest powerhouse Chiropractor of the SPYNE team!!! 🥳

With a Bachelor and Master’s in Chiropractic from Macquarie Uni, Brenda brings a holistic, patient-first approach to healing. From dry needling and cupping to rocktape and adjustments, she blends techniques to suit everybody.
Her passion? Helping you move better, feel stronger, and live pain free- especially when it comes to sports injuries and musculoskeletal issues. 🤸🏻‍♀️
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her scaling walls as an avid rock climber- because she truly lives what she teaches. 🧗🏻‍♀️
