At Estia Health, we exist to enrich and celebrate life together. Our residents, their families and our employees often say they feel as if they’re part of the Estia Health family, which is why our organisatio

n’s purpose is built on the foundations of our family code: "family where everyone belongs". This is bought to life through a set of five principles, guided by our values, which we ask our Community to follow and abide by in all our online and social media networks. We strive to ensure the Estia Health Community embodies our values and is a space where everyone is encouraged to participate and are respected. The following house rules establish the grounds for Community use. GROWING TOGETHER | Collaboration: we positively engage together to deliver our purpose. Be kind and courteous.
• We believe you can make a positive contribution to our online Communities, and we want to hear your voice.
• We welcome questions and commentary, including constructive feedback and differing opinions, but please remember to be both relevant and respectful with what you post. Just because someone has a different perspective than you doesn’t necessarily mean they’re wrong. Recognize that language and conventions evolve. Plus, we’ve all had unique experiences that influence how we express ourselves, and there are many ways to communicate well.

Stay on topic. Your comments and posts should be related to the topics posted on our online and social media networks. We reserve the right to delete off-topic comments and those that violate our guidelines, including those that contain:
• Irrelevant or non-purposeful material
• Spam
• Sexuallly explicit content
• Self-harm content
• Misinformation
• Hateful activities
• Harassment or privacy violations
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Bullying or threats
• Commercial solicitations or solicitation of donations

Protect everyone’s privacy. We don’t allow content that reveals personal or sensitive information. We remove:

• Private contact information and addresses
• Online login information (usernames and passwords)
• Photos of private people that they don’t want posted online
• Personal financial or medical history

Be truthful.
• We don’t allow accounts that impersonate or misrepresent their affiliation with any person or organization. If you have a fan or commentary account for a public figure or brand, make it clear through your username or profile that you aren’t officially affiliated with them. Social media networks are public.
• Estia Health's online and social media Communities are open to the public. Anything posted to our online and social media networks may be seen and read by everyone. For example, because our page is a public page and anyone can participate, we cannot be responsible for views expressed other than our own. • If you spot behaviour that might be in breach of our Community Guidelines, or have feedback and questions then email us on MarketingandComms@estiahealth.com.au
Breach of guidelines.

• Our team reviews every post, comment and private message we receive, and we take action when we see someone violating these guidelines. Sometimes that just means giving someone a warning; sometimes it means deleting their comment or post and other times we may revoke certain privileges or block those who violate our guidelines repeatedly. As our Community grows and changes, so will the way we evaluate and enforce these guidelines. It’s up to all of us to ensure that our Estia Health online Communities remains a safe and happy place.
