About Us

With years of experience in the beauty industry and a passion for helping people achieve their dreams, Kailey Hegetschweiler was determined to establish Beauty Salons Coach, a consultative service that helps beauty salon owners improve profitability and processes to help their business reach new heights.

Kailey has seven years experience in the industry, having studied at the Camelot International Health and Wellness College and worked at a number of prestigious salons, including Bali Grand Spa and Lodge in South Africa and Spa Q in Sydney. She also spent two years working for Steiner on the Carnival Cruise ships as the body specialist.

Kailey had previously returned to her alma mater to lecture, educating others on business studies, waxing, massage and nail care. This is where her passion to educate stemmed from, motivated by the love of the industry and a knack for teaching others, Kailey is determined to help businesses reach new heights.
