I came across a new word i hadn't heard before 'Hypokinetic' disease a term given to modern lifestyle diseases associated with inactivity. Just to name a few of these hypokinetic diseases that you are more than likely familiar with: heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, insomnia, diabetes, depression etc Well naturally I thought most of us are in trouble because statistics tell us that 90% of us lead sedentary lifestyles. So unless we make deliberate plans and thoughts towards exercising or just being active throughout the day then it ain't gonna happen. The biggest reason we don't exercise ... we are too busy no surprise there hey. So whats the solution? not to exercise, there is now a pill you can take .... just kidding almost had you but you'll be surprised that there is something you can do and it only takes 10 minutes a day. If you don't have the time to hit the gyms or do long gruelling workouts then the 10 minute body could be for you.
