We're excited on to working our current project adjacent to Sydney’s Central Station, the new Atlassian building, set to become the world’s tallest hybrid timber and steel tower at an impressive 39 stories.

This landmark development will include retail amenities, Youth Hostels Australia (YHA) accommodation, and significantly contribute to the revitalisation of the Central Station precinct. With a focus on sustainability, the innovative use of steel and timber will significantly reduce the building’s carbon footprint, setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible commercial construction.

A big thank you to our NSW team for the latest project update on the mechanical pipework installation and the new Plantroom. These works will support the infrastructure for 130 new YHA rooms within the building.

We’re proud to celebrate another incredible milestone, 15 years with Paragon for Colm in WA!

Always a pleasure collaborating with AG Coombs Pty Ltd. Paragon was proud to be involved in Stage 1 of the Brisbane Cultural Centre upgrade. This initial phase focused on upgrading the plantrooms at the Cultural Centre, laying the foundation for the broader three-stage redevelopment.
