Mindful Mediation Class - Thursdays - 10.30-11.30am

I got an exciting email while I’ve been away confirming that I’ve secured a great new venue for daytime meditation classes 💃🏼 in true Erin style I’ve forgotten all my passwords to add this new class to the website and make it easy to book so will do that as soon as I’m home on 16th but if you’ve been waiting for a second class to run and know you want to be there just send me a DM so I can get back to you personally once I’ve done all the admin in the background.

Our intimate small-group meditation classes are starting again in February at Her Healing Hub in Camden. Designed for up to 8 participants, these sessions offer a gentle balance of personalised guidance and supportive community, whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

Each week we’ll explore different types of meditation, mindful breathing, and body awareness, helping you reconnect with yourself and create a consistent space to unwind.

I have some posts scheduled over the next couple of weeks while I’m away but I’ll be largely disconnecting while away so I can be really present with my little ones. Bookings can still be made online for consults and term 1 meditation is open for bookings. All links are in the bio or website.
