So many women are functioning in quiet survival mode.

High-capacity. High-achieving.
And deeply tired.

What would shift if you chose steadiness over striving this week?

She’s coming back… Mumma Mojo 2026 🌙

After the powerful transformations of past rounds, Mumma Mojo returns — deeper, refined, and more aligned than ever. This 5-month journey isn’t about becoming a better mum.

It’s about becoming you again.

If you’ve been feeling:
• Touched out
• Emotionally stretched
• Disconnected from your body
• Unsure where you went in motherhood

Mumma Mojo is your space to reclaim her.
Doors open soon.

Becoming a mother changes everything — your body, your mind, your emotions, even your sense of self. And that’s okay.

Feeling different, uncertain, or stretched isn’t a sign you’re doing it wrong — it’s a natural part of the journey.

This carousel is a gentle reminder: you don’t have to rush, push, or fix yourself. Change is happening whether you notice it or not, and with support, you can meet this evolving version of yourself with more ease, patience, and grace.

🌿 Something is quietly taking shape to support mothers in exactly this space — more soon.

So many women push themselves to the very edge before they finally allow themselves to rest.
They wait until they’re depleted. Overwhelmed. Running on fumes.

Somewhere along the way, we learned that rest is something we earn — that support is only justified once we’ve reached the point of collapse.

But what if you didn’t wait for that moment?

What if you allowed yourself to rest while you still had capacity?
What if you received support before everything felt heavy?

This is how things become sustainable.
This is how burnout is prevented — not managed after the fact.

🤍 You’re allowed to be supported before you break.

So many mothers equate strength with endurance — pushing through fatigue, overwhelm, and emotional load.

But real strength often looks quieter: listening to your body, honouring your needs, and allowing yourself to be supported.

Motherhood doesn’t require you to carry it all alone 🌿

Chronic stress isn’t just in your mind — it affects your body, your hormones, and your overall wellbeing.

Cortisol, your stress hormone, is helpful in short bursts, but when it stays high it can leave you exhausted, emotional, and hormonally out of balance. Your nervous system and endocrine system work together, so when one is stretched, the other feels it too.

There are simple ways to support your system: gentle movement, balanced meals, breathwork, and rest.

If stress has been leaving you depleted, working 1:1 can help you restore calm, steady energy, and hormone balance — without adding more “shoulds” to your day.

Motherhood is a profound transformation, yet many women move through it without language or support.

Matrescence reshapes how you feel, respond, and see yourself. Kindness — especially toward your changing body and identity — is often the most supportive place to begin.

Something gentle is forming to support mothers through this evolution. More soon 🤍

Girls night out looks different these days. It might take 6 months to find a date that suits but at least we can agree on a time 🤣

In case it’s not obvious this is a post about not the fact it’s the most unbearably humid summer ever. I’ve had enough. I need some snow stat ❄️
