Am I Addicted To Sugar?

It's hard to deny that sugar is addictive. Sugary foods share many common characteristics with addictive substances like alcohol, co***ne, he**in, and opioids.

It causes swings in blood sugar levels which can lead to overeating, weight gain, and mood swings.

The truth is that sugar should be consumed in moderation and the focus is best off placed on the whole, satiating foods. (think animal products, fruits, veggies, root crops, etc.)
