🤸‍♀️💚MOVEMENT IN NATURE 💚🎾Wellness isn’t just about what we do, it’s about how we feel while we do it.
Movement in nature reminds us to be present, to breathe deeply, and to honour the incredible power of our bodies.
Whether it’s the rhythm of your breath on a morning run, the swing of a racket on the court, or simply feeling the earth beneath your feet, every moment is an opportunity to connect with yourself and the world around you.

How will you connect with nature and movement today?

🍀Have you ever wondered what the differences are between the main herb oils?

These essential oils are similar, with herbaceous warm aromas that promote a soothing aroma. Basil and Thyme are unique because of their main chemical constituents, linalool and thymol, respectively. Rosemary, however, is unique for its support of healthy digestion.

* All of these essential oils may be used aromatically, topically, or internally.
*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

🥦Broccoli VS. Broccoli Sprouts: Which is better for you?

- Broccoli sprouts contain 10 to 100 times more of sulforaphane than mature broccoli! Sulforaphane activates Nrf2 pathways, regulating antioxidant genes, reducing inflammation, and even inhibiting cancer cell growth.

- In a steamed half-cup serving, broccoli dishes up over 1,000 I.U. of vitamin A, 58 mg of vitamin C, 36 mg of calcium, and 1.4 micrograms of selenium. Meanwhile, broccoli sprouts offer about half the vitamin A and a third of the vitamin C.

- Broccoli sprouts boast nearly 38 micrograms of vitamin
K per serving, while broccoli only contains 0.4 micrograms.
- Broccoli steals the spotlight when it comes to chlorophyll content.

🥦Our verdict? Why choose when you can enjoy both! And better yet, learn how to grow your own sprouts at home so you can access the power of sulforaphane easily and affordably.

🧪🧑‍🔬Question of purity?
Essential oils contain a variety of constituents and clinical research is a tool to show how the chemistry of essential oils may affect human physiology. However, essential oils are first tested for purity. If an oil is not pure, it may not be as effective, and may even be harmful to use.

➡️How well do you know your (EC) system?

This system helps your body manage anxiety, inflammation, and other responses to stress. It’s regulated by endocannabinoids, which act as signal molecules to trigger the EC system for activation.

Cannabinoid receptors detect endocannabinoids from the body, as well as molecules from outside the body like beta-caryophyllene (BCP), which is found in Copaiba, Frankincense, and Tulsi. BCP is a sesquiterpene compound found in hundreds of different plant species, and it’s recently been recognized for its unique ability to interact with cannabinoid receptors.

🍀

The peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and was first described by Carl Linneaus in 1753.

A high menthol content—like that found in the doTERRA Peppermint essential oil— distinguishes the best quality Peppermint from other products.

Peppermint oil has been traditionally used in Aromatherapy to relieve cough, support mental function and help relieve the symptoms of mild tension headache.

In traditional Western herbal medicine, Peppermint oil has been taken orally to relieve abdominal discomfort, relieve nausea, relieve vomiting, relieve symptoms of sore throat, relieve mild throat inflammation and applied orally (directly to the mouth cavity) to relieve toothache.

💙Primary Benefits

Traditionally used in aromatherapy to:

Help reduce the symptoms of mild tension headaches.
Support cognitive function
Traditionally used in western herbal medicine to:

Relieve digestive spasms, colic and abdominal discomfort.
Relieve nausea and reduce vomiting.
Relieve the symptoms of a sore throat

💙Directions for Use

Inhalation: Add 0.18 -0.24mL oil (3-4 drops) in a diffuser or hot water and inhale deeply. Alternatively, add 0.3mL (5 drops) onto a tissue, hold near the nose and inhale.

NATURAL COUGH LOLLIES 🍬🩵

🩵 While doTERRA Breathe Respiratory Blend doesn’t contain Thyme or Melissa, these essential oils were added to the drops specifically for their immune-boosting benefits-not to mention giving the lozenges a great flavor.

🩵 doTERRA Breathe Respiratory Drops have a slightly different essential oil formula from the oil blend, not only making them safe to ingest, but also enhancing flavor and efficacy. The drops don’t contain Tea Tree, Laurel Leaf, Ravintsara, or Ravensara essential oils, which are included in the oil blend.
