Healthcare Professionals Group is partnering with a global CRO strengthening its direct presence in Japan. This senior appointment will work closely with the Japan Country Head to shape and lead local regulatory operations capability.

This role offers strategic influence across Japan regulatory deliverables and PMDA engagement, positioning Japan strongly within global clinical programs. Initially hands-on, with scope to build and lead a team as the function expands.

The role:
✅ Lead Japan regulatory operations strategy
✅ Oversee local regulatory deliverables
✅ Engage directly with PMDA authorities
✅ Partner with global clinical program teams
✅ Build and scale regulatory capability in Japan

Key requirements:
✅ Strong CRO regulatory background
✅ Experience managing Japan regulatory submissions
✅ Proven PMDA engagement experience
✅ Fluent Japanese and English
✅ Confident senior stakeholder communicator
