The Way of Wellbeing The Way of Wellbeing assists with health, wellbeing and balance of the mind, body and emotions.. I also run a variety of workshops.

I would like to take this opportunity to officially introduce my business, The Way of Wellbeing, in Frenchs Forest midway between Sydney's north shore and the northern beaches. The Way of Wellbeing offers Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - a wonderful ancient Eastern medical system that can treat all illnesses and complaints including pain & musculoskeletal problems, gastrointestinal issues, skin disorders, chronic illness and fatigue, emotional conditions, Women's health, fertility, pregnancy, paediatrics and much more. Meditation classes are also an important part of The Way of Wellbeing's services - the mind is an incredible tool, yet its power can also hinder our health, sense of happiness and ability to take control of our life. Meditation is a beneficial skill for learning to discipline the mind so we are able to harness it's incredible energy for good health, happiness and wellbeing. These take place on a casual basis in a variety of areas including the chakra system, breathing for relaxation and labour preparation. If you would like more information or to express interest in attending any of these please contact me. All treatments are by appointment only, and each is allocated an hour of time so as to fully be able to meet your needs. The cost of treatment can be claimed on Private Health if you are covered for Acupuncture and/or Chinese Herbs. COSTS:
