𝘈𝘴 𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦, 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝟷𝟶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴:
➡️ 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 - you are your biggest asset so look to invest time, energy and resources to develop in different areas of life - physically, intellectually, emotionally, professionally, socially
➡️ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 - the better you understand yourself, the better you understand others
➡️ 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 - if you ever feel stale or feel like you’re going through the motions in life, learn something new, pick up a new hobby or do something novel
➡️ 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 - if you sense that discomfort, lean into it because progress is around the corner
➡️ 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 - when challenges arise, ask yourself: What are the opportunities to learn here? For example, impostor syndrome can either cripple you or motivate you to become better
➡️ 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 - put in the work behind-the-scenes for a future that isn’t guaranteed, so you’re ready for whatever opportunity life presents itself to you
➡️ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 - be kind to yourself and show compassion
➡️ 𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫
➡️ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐣𝐨𝐲, if you must compare, look at where you were compared to where you are now
➡️ Everything is super important until you’re sick, then you realise 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 - 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡
Some people dread entering their 30’s, but I’m so pumped for this next chapter 🤝
