𝘈𝘴 𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦, 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝟷𝟶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴:⁣⁣

➡️ 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 - you are your biggest asset so look to invest time, energy and resources to develop in different areas of life - physically, intellectually, emotionally, professionally, socially⁣⁣

➡️ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 - be kind to yourself and show compassion⁣⁣
➡️ 𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫⁣⁣
➡️ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐣𝐨𝐲, if you must compare, look at where you were compared to where you are now⁣⁣

💡𝐈𝐅 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒, 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐒💡 ⁣

Often the intent in training and rehab is to apply a stimulus to the system to produce adaptation⁣ 📈

When dealing with an injury, the stimulus - in this case the rehab, needs to be hard enough or complex enough to force the body to change⁣

If the rehab isn't hard enough, your system doesn't have a reason to adapt i.e. get bigger, stronger, last longer or coordinate smoothly⁣ 🥱

If the rehab is too hard, there's a good chance you'll flare up the injury⁣ 🤕
